A client came to us with a very specific need. They wanted software to keep track of their landlords and tenants, and manage the properties they rent and sell. Existing softwares couldn’t tick all of their boxes, so they turned to us.

So with this client, we had to rise to the challenge, little did we know of the marathon ahead.
The client knew this would be a long-term project, so we delivered it in phases, starting with the basics. They needed an interface to input properties, manage landlords, and assign tenants. That was simple enough. Stage two required images and property details to be uploaded and shared on to every major property website, along with their own custom website which we were building in tandem. We built it, went through the site’s tests et voila! - Version 2 was live and uploading like a charm.
The project expanded further, adding new reminder features, multi-user profiles, property filtering options, and role permissions; the client then requested a calendar system to manage viewings, inspections, and operations that would tie in with their existing Outlook calendar. At this point, we discovered this wasn’t any old calendar, but maybe we could find an off-the-shelf solution and save the client some money and us some time. No such luck, so we rolled up our sleeves and began building a bespoke calendar.
What appeared to be “just a calendar” was a complex combination of interactive features controlled by adaptive visual components, meaning users could modify events in real time and manage overlapping entries. Picture your Google or Outlook calendar and elevate it, visually and functionally. This was a serious piece of custom software.
Our team ate, slept, and breathed this application over the many months of its development, but in the end we created a visually attractive and completely tailored software system that was perfect for our client.
