Telephone Calls from "Microsoft"

It's been several years since we last heard of the scam where the fake Microsoft Support engineer calls, but it seems they are on the go again. We heard from a client that they had one of these calls, and that the caller was very persistent.
Always remember that these people do NOT have control of, or access to, your computer, phone or anything. The only people who would legitimately call you would be CDS. You can always reply that you have CDS IT Support in place, and that you will let us know, and we will deal with it.
Of course, you don't have to let us know, or if you are unsure, you can always call. If you have CDS support in place, we will check it out and reassure you. But don't worry, there's nothing about you specifically that they are targeting, it's just a random scam call.
